APZ Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. is a Poznań-based company operating in the property management market. The company was established in 2016 by Admiselekt sp. z o.o. and Prestiż Nieruchomości sp. z o.o., Companies operating in the property management market since 2013 and 2010 respectively. Our services are aimed at residential communities, owners of private rental properties and commercial properties.
The employees of our Company have many years of experience in property management and service. The company’s strengths are professionalism, efficiency, flexibility and adaptation to the customer. Our services have already been used by approximately 200 housing communities mainly in and around Poznań and Ostrów Wielkopolski, where we will open a branch of the Company at the turn of 2020 and 2021. APZ Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. has a share capital of PLN 525,000.00 and employs over 20 people.
