Bartosz Krajewski
President of the Management Board
Professional licence 9444
I am a lawyer by education (1993-1998) – UAM, Faculty of Law and Administration, Prosecutor’s Application in Poznań (1998-2002) and a musician ( 1992) – graduated from the M Karłowicz Music High School in Poznań. I have been involved in real estate for 23 years including as an entrepreneur for 10 years. In addition to real estate management, I have also been involved in company transformations and reorganisations. In addition, I was and am a member of supervisory boards of state-owned and private companies. The reason I chose the property management profession is because… I like people and contact with them. I think it works both ways because we handle over 200 properties and there are more and more. I myself have conducted about 4,000 WM meetings to date (!) The challenge for me is the so-called ‘difficult topics’ I personally believe that there are no insoluble situations. Every problem can be dealt with – also in an unconventional way. I think that, in addition to knowledge and a lot of practice, it helps me to have an artist’s soul I am interested in many things and have many hobbies. As examples I can mention music (classical, jazz, technical death metal), playing the piano and drums, sf and fantasy literature, sports – mainly judo but not only, walruses, conchology, entomology, ichthyology, travel, the antiquarian market, politics. And much more.
