I am a lawyer by education (1993-1998) – UAM, Faculty of Law and Administration, Prosecutor’s Application in Poznań (1998-2002) and a musician ( 1992) – graduated from the M Karłowicz Music High School in Poznań. I have been involved in real estate for 23 years including as an entrepreneur for 10 years. In addition to real estate management, I have also been involved in company transformations and reorganisations. In addition, I was and am a member of supervisory boards of state-owned and private companies. The reason I chose the property management profession is because… I like people and contact with them. While fulfilling my basic duties, I expanded my knowledge while learning about property management, which has given me the opportunity for further development. Some people consider me to be an “oasis of calm”, which only confirms the fact that I always try to approach everything with detachment and prudence. In a nutshell, my work ranges from assisting in the rectification of faults that occur within the serviced properties, through the realisation of tasks related to the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the properties to renovation and investment projects. I have the necessary education and professional background to carry out the tasks entrusted to me. I graduated from the Poznań University of Technology and hold a Master of Engineering degree as well as a professional licence in property management No. 21871. This allows me to combine issues of property management and maintenance. In my free time I enjoy cycling, going to the sauna and travelling, especially by train.

I have been involved in the bookkeeping of Housing Associations for about 20 years and it is a job I enjoy and come to enjoy. The job requires quite a lot of effort as it is a constant movement between countless documents and getting them under control . I am considered a person with a sense of humour . After all, laughter is health . I believe that working in a team that you enjoy is a much more productive and efficient job. Building the right atmosphere at work is also extremely important as we spend half of our lives there . I am open to people – because I believe that interpersonal communication is key to the success of a company. Although I did not train directly in management, I have several years of experience working behind a desk. My experience includes: secretary, purchasing specialist, archivist and court reporter. I have always been interested in working in the administrative office sector. The main stimulus was that since I was a child I had been in contact with people working in management. The smell of coffee spreading through the office was a bonus when I decided to go in this direction. I have just started my adventure with APZ Real Estate, but I already know that it will allow me to deepen my knowledge and experience in this line of work, which gives me the possibility of further professional development. Additionally, the work I do gives me pleasure, which means I am more eager to perform the tasks entrusted to me. Privately, I love the Polish sea, Italian music, Chopin concerts and good food.

I completed my second degree in law and economics at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics (2022) I started work at APZ Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. at the final stage of my education. According to the vision of the creation of the world: in the beginning there was chaos! However, thanks to the opportunity to cooperate with experienced property managers, the deep water turned out to have a stable foundation. In my relatively short tenure, I strongly identify with the principle that the work of a property administrator cannot be based on solving the problems of housing communities only from behind a desk. Real-life meetings and confronting the difficulties that arise are the key to achieving the desired goal. My passions are mountain hiking and cycling (the combination of the two results in an excess of joy). Apart from that, I am a fan of long-distance white-knuckle flights, preferably ending with a telemark, and Solejukowa’s dumplings.

I am a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics (currently the University of Economics), I studied at the Faculty of Management and graduated with a specialisation in Investment and Property Management. I have also completed Management Studies at the Poznań School of Banking. I have been working in property management for more than 20 years, during which I have gained a wide range of experience in various aspects of the industry: from property administrator, through managing a team of employees in a large company, to running a property management company on my own and in my current role. Working with people, although not easy, inspires me and gives me a lot of satisfaction. It is certainly helped by my openness to others, creativity, understanding and respectful approach to every client and co-worker, as well as a pretty good professional background. In my private and professional life, I stick to the principle instilled in me by my mother: “I am always a HUMAN first, then only there are other functions, more or less significant, so that I can look myself in the eye in front of the mirror without shame “. Regardless of fulfilling my professional intentions and ambitions, I always put my FAMILY first – my wonderful boys: my husband and two sons (I am supposedly more assertive at home than at work ). I cannot imagine functioning normally without sports and pursuing my passions, which include opera and mountain hiking. Part (quite a large part) of my heart is forever occupied by Italy – my second homeland . The best place to relax and recharge my batteries, and in my far-reaching plans I would like to live there when I retire (if I live to see it) and manage, no longer an estate, but a small vineyard.

The specifics of this profession have shown me that any success of the Community, i.e. the achievement of set goals, is also the success of the Administrator. The contact with other people is also a plus, and helping to solve various problems gives a lot of satisfaction. I try to do my job carefully and conscientiously, which I hope I succeed in doing . I am interested in music and sport. I enjoy cycling, hiking in the woods and mountains, walking on the sea beach and listening to the sound of the waves. In my private life I always put my family first, which is the most important thing for me.

Pomocna w niej jest z całą pewnością moja otwartość na drugiego człowieka, kreatywność, pełne zrozumienia i szacunku podejście do każdego klienta i współpracownika, a także całkiem niezłe przygotowanie merytoryczne 😊 W życiu prywatnym i zawodowym trzymam się zasady wpojonej mi przez mamę: „W pierwszej kolejności jestem zawsze CZŁOWIEKIEM, potem dopiero są inne funkcje, mniej czy bardziej znaczące, tak żeby bez wstydu spojrzeć sobie w oczy przed lustrem 😊”. Niezależnie od spełniania zamierzeń i ambicji zawodowych, zawsze na pierwszy miejscu stawiam RODZINĘ – moich wspaniałych chłopaków: męża i dwóch synów (podobno w domu jestem bardziej stanowcza niż w pracy 😊). Nie wyobrażam sobie normalnego funkcjonowania bez sportu i realizacji pasji, do których należą opery i górskie wędrówki. Część (całkiem niemałą) mojego serca na zawsze zajęła Italia – moja druga ojczyzna 😊. Tam najlepiej odpoczywam i ładuję akumulatory, a w daleko idących planach chciałabym na emeryturze (jak dożyję) tam zamieszkać i zarządzać już nie nieruchomościami, ale małą winnicą 😊

Księgowością Wspólnot Mieszkaniowych zajmuję się koło 20 lat i jest to praca, którą lubię i do której chętnie przychodzę 😊. Praca ta wymaga nie lada wysiłku, ponieważ jest to nieustanne poruszanie się między niezliczoną ilością dokumentów i zapanowanie nad nimi 😊. Uważana jestem za osobę z poczuciem humoru. W końcu śmiech to zdrowie 😁. Wierze, że praca w zespole, który się lubi, jest pracą o wiele bardziej produktywną i efektywną. Budowanie odpowiedniej atmosfery w pracy jest również niezwykle istotne, ponieważ spędzamy w niej połowę swojego życia 😊. Jestem otwarta na ludzi – wierzę bowiem, że komunikacja międzyludzka jest kluczem do sukcesu firmy. Zasada księgowego: „Lepiej mieć pewność dobrego wyniku niż liczyć na wspaniały wynik”

W naszej firmie zajmuję się techniczną obsługą nieruchomości. Zajmuję się zarówno sprawami pojedynczych lokatorów jak i Wspólnot Mieszkaniowych. W skrócie moja praca obejmuje: począwszy od pomocy w usuwaniu awarii, do których dochodzi w obrębie obsługiwanych nieruchomości, poprzez realizację zadań związanych z bieżącym utrzymaniem i konserwacją nieruchomości, a skończywszy na projektach remontowych i inwestycyjnych. Do realizacji powierzonych mi zadań posiadam niezbędne wykształcenie oraz przygotowanie zawodowe. Ukończyłem Politechnikę Poznańską i posiadam tytuł magistra inżyniera oraz posiadam licencję zawodową w zakresie zarządzania nieruchomościami nr 21871. Pozwala mi to łączyć zagadnienia zarządzania nieruchomościami oraz obsługi technicznej. W wolnych chwilach lubię jeździć na rowerze, chodzić do sauny oraz podróże, a szczególnie kolejowe.

W firmie APZ Nieruchomości pracuję już od kilku lat. Swoją karierę rozpoczęłam na stanowisku asystenta do spraw administracyjno-biurowych. Podczas wypełniania podstawowych obowiązków, poszerzałam swoją wiedzę, poznając przy tym zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem nieruchomościami, co dało mi możliwość dalszego rozwoju. Jestem osobą ambitną, lubiącą zdobywać nowe doświadczenia. Niektórzy uważają, że jestem tzw. „oazą spokoju”, co potwierdza tylko fakt, że zawsze staram się do wszystkiego podchodzić z dystansem i rozwagą. Nie mniej jednak potrafię również zawalczyć o swoje. 😊 Każdy kolejny dzień przynosi nowe wyzwania, z którymi trzeba się zmierzyć. Osobiście uważam, że nie ma w życiu takiej przeszkody, której nie dałoby się pokonać. Przy odrobienie wytrwałości oraz nutki szczęścia wszystko jest możliwe.
